Our focus will be on making the World of Wine more user-friendly and fun. We’re going to dispel the stigma associated with wine through the magic of knowledge. The more you know, the less intimidated you will be.

The Ageless World of Wine is fascinating, and it really is ageless. Its history, the stories and the science are intriguing. The fact that every known culture has had some type of fermented beverage in their history tells us something. People have been using wine in one form or another to celebrate life for as long as we have records. Let’s join ’em!

We are going to learn about the health aspects of wine, and I promise you there are many. We are also going to identify flavors in food and wine that make for easy pairings. I’ll teach you how to read labels so you will know what to expect from the wine inside the bottle.  And if that’s not enough, I’m going to show you how to dial all of those aspects into your daily celebration of life, which you’ll be doing by the time I’m done with you.
