Morning Smoothie:

1 Banana, peeled

2 cups combo of frozen blueberries, strawberries and tart cherries, your choice

1 cup organic greek yogurt, full fat (never eat fat-free anything)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons organic chlorella powder

2 tablespoons organic spirulina powder

1 tablespoon turmeric powder

1 tablespoon organic coconut oil

1-2 cups coconut water, coconut milk, almond milk – one or a combo

Measurements depend on the size of your blender pitcher. Put ingredients into blender and start slow, then increase speed to get the desired consistency. You will have some left over, but it will be good as a snack later in the day.
