I’m Christia Sale, the Ageless Gourmet™. My goal is to teach you how to be healthy and happy, how to eat clean, lean, unprocessed foods, how to enjoy each and every moment, and how to look ten years younger. You with me?

I have found my calling for this phase of life. Let’s back up – I’ve had at least three phases in my adult life so far. The first was in my twenties, finding myself, yada, yada, yada. The second was being married for seventeen years, which we won’t discuss. The third was my positive recovery and reinvention phase, which led me to writing “The Most SELFISH Woman in America – How to make your divorce the best thing that ever happened to you.” From that came my national radio talk show based on my book. This was also my serious travel phase. I LOVE to travel!

It was in the third phase that I realized how my life had taken it’s toll on my skin. I was starting to look my age, which is never acceptable! Saggy and lifeless just does not work for me. So I started detoxing my spirit and my body. I focused on organic, local, nutrient-rich foods that would bring life back into my look. And I’ll be damned if it didn’t work. Never underestimate the power of food my friends.

I am currently in the fourth phase. I’m married to an amazing man, live in an inspiring place where I can have a garden and fruit trees, and have a very strong passion to teach you what I’ve learned.

I’ve spent years traveling, taking cooking classes, researching and learning what foods can reverse the signs of aging, and how to make them taste fabulous! That’s what I want to share with you.

My wish for you is to look and feel ten years younger than you are right now, and to enjoy life to the fullest at the same time. No medicine required!
