Yes, there is such a thing as an Ageless Breakfast. Here is your first lesson on ageless eating to reverse the signs of aging, and help you feel healthy and happy.

The goal is to have salad with every meal, in one form or another.

This is my version of salad with/in your breakfast.

Saute onions in evoo (extra virgin olive oil) until soft, add bell peppers (the more colors the better), after a minute add your spinach, after a minute add your beaten eggs that have been seasoned with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, and your tomatoes. Scramble for a couple of minutes to desired doneness. Top with chopped avocado, and enjoy!

I like my veggies to keep some texture and freshness. Do what you will with yours. I also always have some kind of hot pepper in the mix, for taste and the antioxidant benefits.

And organic everything. Most of the illnesses that plague society today are a result of industrializing the food industry. Artificial this, chemical that, genetically modified everything to resist disease and pests. We have been poisoned by our own food industry because of greed, convenience and higher profit margins. I swear the food and medical industries are in cahoots. They perpetuate each other’s existence.

So, your goal is some sort of “salad” with each meal. I promise you, with consistency, you will look and feel younger in no time with this simple change.

Remember – pasty food, pasty face: vibrant food, vibrant face! It’s that simple.
